Very clean, nice room that is dog friendly. We were on the second floor, so a bit akward up the stairs. Nice modern bathroom. Easy walk into Whitby. Free parking on the street in winter. 95 pounds for one night in February 2019 including breakfast.

Very poor service, be prepared to wait at least 45 mins for breakfast. Don't expected any understanding from the management only interested in when will you pay the bill. Shower only has very hot or freezing cold option. Don't book, choose a different hotel, there are many more in Whitby.
Lovely friendly staff, bedroom spotless. The only downside was the bar food, also need new pillows on the bed to thin so wasnt comfortable. We had a Seaview and binoculars on the windowsill which was a nice touch, would recommend this hotel.
