Staff great clean rooms good breakfast
Absolutely fantastic We stayed in the annax but will stay in the main hall next time.The place is brilliantly maintained and cared for...we even got a guided tour of some of the rooms...ghost stories and all
The room we stayed in was lovely clean and beds comfty if we needed more coffee etc we got it straight away would deffinatley stay there again tho the outside not alot of parking and rubbish everywhere think bins need sorting more
Stayed on Saturday night. As always we are never let down with hotel or the staff.. This stay I must mention mike the manager who organised a gift for my partners birthday. Really made it a special stay... we've been staying here for the last 15 years. Highly recommended .
Don't try to speak to the reception at night, very rude and uninterested on any of their neighbours complaints about lights shining in to their homes, parting shot after complaining on phone and in person was 'speak to Scarborough Council' I am not interested and apparently this was the night manager!! I think there is a need to review their customer service training policy 'not interesed' is not really an appropriate response, nor is putting the phone down on a caller.
