I really can't see how you could rate this restaurant less than 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was spotless and well presented... And the food? You can see why they have been voted No 1 chip shop in the UK this year. My wife didn't fancy chips and prefers gluten free, just look at what she had. First Class!
Excellent fish and chips. Nice surroundings with plenty of space to sit. Staff very efficient. Good value. Would definitely recommended Trenchers in Whitby over the 'other' famous fish and chip restaurant.
Excellent food. I can recommend the fish pie. The decor is lovely. The service is good and the price was good with our "two for the price of one" voucher !
