My first time eating here. Great location (probably best in Whitby) with views of the sea, piers and Whitby. Lovely Haddock and chips. We ordered small portions and had room for a pud. Just what was needed on a cold, wet and horrid Sunday. No complaints with service either. Can't comment about price as can't remember what used to pay for f&c in Whitby.
Spectacular food, go for specialties. You'll get some unexpectedly good fish dishes. Friendly staff, service is quite fast

Amazing views, amazing service and most of all amazing food!Husband and I enjoyed haddock & chips with a bowl of 'scraps' (scraps are free! Just ask), a special of crab & crayfish salad and a bottle of bubbles. Very good quality food at a very reasonable price. The view is just breathtaking, you could happily sit all afternoon watching the tides change.
