Booked a cottage from the website which they were no longer letting. Nobody bothered to let me know this. With no further contact I got in touch with them but by this time the other places we wanted to go were then booked.
Booked a cottage with this Company for 2019 two days ago and paid a deposit. Received a voicemail yesterday morning to say the booking was cancelled as owner not taking bookings for 2019. I called their office yesterday evening and they assured me that they would contact the owner this morning. In the meantime I found the same cottage on another site and messaged the manager to ask if they were taking bookings and he replied YES. I called Ingrid Flute's again and they had not contacted the owner as promised. What is happening is totally unethical and this Company really need to keep their records updated, and stay in touch with the owners of property. I would never use again and would not recommend.
I would not recommend, their cleaners cant clean and they ignore any messages they want to answer! Very rude, i would avoid as they ruined my holiday, luckily i was able to find somewhere else to spend the rest of my time!

Recently stayed at Ingrid Flute's Fawcet House just over the road from the office.Upon arrival we where instantly impressed with the cleanness and attention to detail. Nothing is a miss from all the furniture you could possibly need down to the cutlery and binoculars. The view from the window of the upstairs of the abbey and Church is fantastic and a wonderful highlight to any stay.The bedrooms where all very comfortable with great bedding you literally sink into there is also plenty of spare towels for all guests. The cafe next to the house is also a great place for a breakfast or lunch and the staff running it are very friendly so well worth trying out.Overall a fantastic experience from Ingrid Flutes Fawcet House accommodation.
