In fact, they went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to secure my ideal tenancy.As well as being ultra efficient, all the staff I met there have been friendly and engaging. Overall it has been very positive and pleasant experience dealing with this delightful group of property experts.
Fantastic office, friendly staff nothing too much trouble
Sent email re a property we were interested in. Were hoping to arrange a visit over a weekend as live 200 miles away. Despite a reminder no response. If I were the vendor I would be questioning what sort of service they are providing!NB I subsequently was contacted. Problem with e.mails not been forwarded and we have now resolved so I have amended my rating accordingly
Phoned Henderson's 2 times. The first time around 10am then around 1pm. Both times everyone too busy to speak to me regarding purchasing a house. Told 2 times they will call me back. Took my number. No call back. This is no way to run a buisness. I have just sold a property with Astins. Excellent communications from start to finish. Very professional.
We were selling our Mums house at a distance and Hendersons made it so easy. From meeting Nick when he visited the house we were impressed with his attitude and personality, which made us feel comfortable with the whole process. All communication by phone and email was prompt and friendly. The sale was quick and efficiently dealt with. Martin and the other staff were great, making sure we knew when things were happening.
