Staff are excellent had a minor issue staff jumped on it and sorted it out for me having a lovely holiday will always recommend whitby cottages to stay and I am booking again for next year so get booking like I am.
We have been using them for more than ten years (Ingrid Flute). The staff are helpful and friendly. They have a great range of properties in Whitby, we use them at least once per year.

Booked a week in "Griers cabin" which was unclean and dusty. After making a complaint I was told I should have contacted them during my stay and a cleaner would have been sent!!! Shouldn't a cleaner have been before I arrived? I was offended by the indifference shown when making the complaint and offered no compensation. Will not use again.
