Not even sure why there is bad reviews on here. I recently registered here and have had 2 appointments. The staff are fantastic! The dentist Alin Soare is brilliant! Friendly and always makes sure you are okay! What more could you want! Dont read the bad reviews if you are looking at coming here its not worth it!
I am having an extremely traumatic experience at the hands of this dentist. Multiple mistakes and many appointments later i am still not fixed. COMPLAINED 5times but yet nobody has bothered to call me to address my complaint. I loosing money with work to get time off for extra appointments needed due to many mistakes by these people. Very unhappy and my situation is a month in and im no further to being fixed. I cry every time im there as its every time it goes wrong. And yet still no one has contacted me to address this disgusting treatment. Feel very undervalued and deversated that people at this prsctice deem me unimportant enough to respond to my complaints. Very sad is an understatement . Formal complaint.
My wife hates going to the dentist but the service here was brilliant. She was put at ease, treated gently and efficiently. No issues recommending this practice to anyone. Thank you all at the practice and the dentist, Alin Soare.
