Appointments months away and unhelpful receptionist.
I hope that the dentistry is superior to the communication skills of the receptionist. I made an attempt to register but was greeted with a look of disdain, bland communication from someone who would not even look up at me. As one who has a serious phobia in relation to treatment i found the contact very shaming and well if you want to register fine but you are just a number so i am not really bother. Shameful and i would suggest that this practice, founded on this experience should be avoided as their patient care thus fare is grossly flawed.
I'm a very nervy patient and this surgery is absolutely excellent. They take their time, put you at ease, and are thoroughly professional.
