We have been to this lovely shop before and purchased a couple of items. On this trip last weekend we called in again for a browse and found it just the same as before. Lovely lady assistant who was patient and very helpful while we were making our choice. She was very willing to let me try and change pieces with different chains until I found my perfect piece. So many shops lack customer skills and there are similar shops in Whitby selling the famous Whitby Jet jewellery. However, when you compare prices and quality this shop stands out from the so called 'leading' jewellers in the town. Robinsons has the same quality stones and silver as other shops twice the price. Trust me, this is true. I do know my silver.Treat yourself if you go to Whity and save some money.
