We have purchased items from Agars in the past, all of good quality and no problems have been experienced. I suppose the test of good retailer comes when something does go wrong. Recently we purchased a bed and a couple of months later we experienced problems with it. We contacted Agars and, incredibly, within the hour someone was at our home to determine the fault. There and then, an appointment was made for another visit during which the offending parts were replaced. This is customer service at its best. Congratulations to the Agars staff who were all efficient, understanding and polite at all times.
